Join us at SF Pride Sunday June 25!!

Join Episcopalians from across the Bay Area as we march with United in Spirit at the San Francisco Pride Parade. It is one of the largest and most colorful events in San Francisco, and the celebration on June 25 promises to be no exception.
The United in Spirit parade contingent is a volunteer-coordinated ecumenical coalition of LGBT-affirming congregations, as well as supportive clergy and people of faith from throughout Northern California. This contingent has affirmed and celebrated LGBT people in San Francisco Pride for more than twenty-five years.
WHY MARCH?
We march because we want to share the message that God’s love is for everyone. We represent congregants, churches and religious leaders who celebrate and welcome our queer brothers and sisters. We look forward to the transformation of all religious communities so that LGBT people are affirmed everywhere. – Michael Leslie, UIS Coordinator
NOW MORE ACCESSIBLE!
In cooperation with Dignity/San Francisco we’ll have a motorized cable car in the contingent. The cable car is a great option for those who can’t walk the entire route.
